This website does not include advertising or visitor analytics tools. The site’s own code does not set cookies. It only remembers dismissal of the information notice during the browsing session, as explained below.
The information notice
The “Got it” button dismisses the notice; it does not consent to advertising, analytics or other optional purposes. Reading the site does not require pressing it.
After pressing it, the value dismissed is stored under mc-security-notice-v1 in sessionStorage. This first-party session storage is used solely to avoid repeating the notice while navigating in the same tab. It is not sent to the server, does not identify the visitor and does not record their activity. It is normally removed when the tab closes; some browsers can restore sessions.
What the website uses
- Language is selected through the page address, without a preference cookie.
- Article searches and filters run within the page; they are not stored in the browser or sent to an analytics service.
- The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect submissions against automated requests.
Contact form verification
Turnstile loads when you press “Activate security verification”. Until then, the form code does not load the widget or contact its external service. You can read the website and prepare your message without activating it.
Once activated, your browser connects to Cloudflare, which processes technical device and connection information for verification. The server validates the result before sending the message. Activation requests the form’s security function; it does not accept advertising or analytics cookies.

Infrastructure security cookies
Services delivering and protecting the website may use technical security mechanisms. Their presence depends on provider configuration. For example, Cloudflare documents that Turnstile’s optional pre-clearance feature can issue a cookie named cf_clearance. This differs from the form verification token.
The pre-clearance configuration and infrastructure cookie inventory have not yet been verified in a browser. This page therefore does not claim that this cookie is active or assign an unverified lifetime to it. Information will be updated once the effective configuration is confirmed.

Consent and settings
Cookies strictly necessary to deliver a requested function may be exempt from prior consent. This version has no optional advertising or analytics categories to enable, so it does not display a panel with options that do not exist.
If non-exempt technologies are added, their purposes and providers will need to be explained and consent obtained before activation, with acceptance, rejection and withdrawal options.
You can inspect and delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking technical security mechanisms may prevent form submission. Reading articles does not require activating Turnstile.
